GallowgateShots was founded by Kris born from a genuine passion for Newcastle United and a desire to create something for fellow Newcastle United supporters.
What started as a fan-driven project has grown over the years into a community of Newcastle fans who share the same love for the club, the same frustrations, the same optimism and, of course, plenty of opinions! From the highs and lows of supporting Newcastle to the big talking points surrounding the club, GallowgateShots has always aimed to provide honest, passionate and entertaining NUFC content from a supporter’s perspective without kicking and screaming to attract attention.
As the platform grew, it naturally evolved into the GallowgateShots Podcast, giving the team another way to connect with Newcastle fans and take the conversation even further. Since launching in 2010, the podcast has become a regular fixture for Toon supporters, covering match previews and reviews, transfer news, player performances and everything else happening around Newcastle United. Today, GallowgateShots continues to grow as a fan-led NUFC platform, combining the original spirit of the project with a podcast and wider community built around one thing above everything else Newcastle United.
